Web Version

The Web Version can be used...

By itself without the Windows Version.
By the Assigner to Create Assignments, and used by Refs to View, Confirm, or Return Assignments.
To Import Database Chapters created by the Windows Version(s) and subsequently uploaded to the Web Database.
To Export Database Chapters from the Web Database to your local computer to be used by the Windows Version.

Available on the Ref Scheduler Web Login Page are:

Windows Version

The Windows Version is...

Easy to Use.
Used by the Assigner only - Refs receive emails.
Able to: Read, Edit, Upload Database Chapters to and from, the Web Database.

Using Ref Scheduler Windows Version by itself (without the Web Version) allows the Assigner to use all the functions of Ref Scheduler except displaying the information on the Web.

Ref Scheduler Windows Version requires the 'Microsoft .Net Framework 4 Client Profile' (or '.Net Framework 4') to be installed on your computer.

The Framework may already be on your computer.
The install program will inform you if the Framework is not already on your computer.
